Ring.io offers callers the ability to enable or disable entering a phone number directly in the Web Phone. This can setting can be used for administrators that require for their users to dial contacts or prospects from the CRM or do not want users to have the ability to dial directly from the Web Phone.

1. Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal.

2. Under Productivity Features > Navigate to Other Settings

3. Under Web Phone > choose from the following:

Enable enter phone number on Web Phone

Disable enter phone number on Web Phone

4. Click Save to apply the change
