How to access call recordings

This guide will walk through accessing call recordings from the Ring.io Web Phone and the Ring.io Admin Portal.


Ring.io Pro Tip: Listen to call recordings from your browser or download the call recording straight from the Ring.io admin portal.


Access call recordings from the Ring.io Web Phone

1. To view recent call history through the Ring.io Web Phone, click the Clock icon.



2. A new tab will open showing the recent call history. Calls that are recorded will be indicated with a Link icon > click the Link to listen to the call recording.

To download the call recording > click the three dots > click Download.


NOTE: If access to all recordings is needed, admin access is required.

Access call recordings from the Ring.io Admin Portal

1. Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal.


2. Click the Reporting & Analytics tab > select the user, department or Ring.io Number. Calls that have been recorded will be indicated with Red circle in the Audio column.


To download the call recording > click the three dots > click Download.
