To check out users manually through the Ring.io Admin Portal, follow the steps below.
1. Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal > click Users.
2 . Select the user that needs to be checked out in or out.
When Taking Calls is checked = User is checked in and will receive incoming calls.
When Taking Calls is unchecked = User is checked out and will not receive incoming calls.
