The Ring.io Video calling features allows for users to start a video call and screen share with another party. See Ring.io Video Calling and Screen Sharing in action here!

To enable video calling in your Ring.io account, follow the steps below.

1. Log into the Ring.io Admin Portal > Click Productivity Features

2. Click Remove the Video Calls feature to disable Video Calling. To enable the Video Calling feature, click Add Video Calls to my Account. Click I agree on the prompt to proceed.
