To locate the Ring ID of a call, follow the steps below.
1. Log in to the Ring.io Admin Portal.
2. Click the Reporting & Analytics tab
3. Search for the call in the reporting. Learn how to use the Ring.io Reporting & Call Analytics Page. The Ring ID can be found under the Id column.
